The Howling Coyote Mexican Cafè leased this 5,500 square foot restaurant from us while we were under contract to purchase it on an absolute net lease. The previous user was a Mexican restaurant that had been in business for 48 years and was well established in the marketplace. This tenant will thrive at this location and we look forward to the cash flow this asset will provide.
