FlexPack Industrial Building

VCG has acquired a single tenant industrial building in Saint George, UT. FlexPack is a nutritional company that produces and packages health products. They have occupied the building for five years. In tandem with closing the property we executed a new lease with the existing tenant bringing their rental rate up to market. VCG intends to hold this property for the long-term as it will be a great cash flow investment.
