VCG acquired this site as part of a redevelopment strategy. Formerly an apartment complex in a premier retail corridor, the property was repositioned during escrow when we secured a long-term ground lease with Les Schwab Tire. Les Schwab has since completed construction and is fully operational. This asset is a strong addition to our portfolio and a valuable long-term hold.
