This 65,947 square foot retail center was purchased at auction. The project is located in Flint Township, MI near many major retailers. Since purchasing it, we have leased 18,000 square feet to American Freight Furniture and are nearing 100% occupancy. We have since dispositioned this property and it is no longer in our portfolio.
