Purchased in 2020, this 115,000-square-foot small-bay industrial park in Milwaukee, WI, was acquired at 93% occupancy with a strong base of long-term tenants in a submarket with a historically low 2% vacancy rate. Since acquisition we have driven significant forced appreciation by bringing rents to market and strengthening overall property performance. The park is now fully occupied and continues to be a strong performer within our portfolio.
