Pueblo Industrial Park

The Pueblo Industrial Park consists of four buildings totaling 28,800 square feet and includes 12 individual suites each with a roll up bay door. When we purchased the property, all of the tenants were on hand-shake agreements and no leases were in place. We did a complete renovation including painting the buildings, repairing the parking lot, adding landscaping, built a monument sign, and converted the vacant land to outdoor storage by adding gravel and fencing. We have added tremendous value to this asset over a short period of time and look forward to holding onto it for cash flow.
