Salina Shopping Center

The Salina Shopping Center consists of 6,400 square feet and was purchased with T-Mobile occupying 29% of the building. The property is located along a major retail corridor on a signalized hard corner. We immediately began working to correct all of the deferred maintenance and implemented diligent efforts to fill the vacancies. We have leased to GNC who is expected to open in December 2022 and are finalizing negotiations on the remaining space.
