The Salina Shopping Center consists of 6,400 square feet and was purchased with T-Mobile occupying 29% of the building. The property is located along a major retail corridor on a signalized hard corner. We immediately began working to correct all of the deferred maintenance and visual upgrades. We have since leased to GNC and the building continues to be stable.
